Rural & Remote Property Internet

High-Speed Internet.
Without the High Cost of Installation.

Internet for RV parks, cabin resorts, and marinas—even where traditional cell coverage is poor. Connect more of your property with less trenching, less disruption, and a smarter wireless approach.

A better way to get connected

Your property shouldn't need miles of cable to have internet.

Traditional wired distribution can mean trenching roads, opening landscaped areas, running conduit, and disturbing occupied sites. IRYS Infrastructure designs wireless distribution networks that can avoid much of that civil work, reducing deployment time and installation expense on suitable properties.

We evaluate available backhaul—such as satellite, fiber, or a dedicated wireless link—and distribute that connection to fixed equipment at individual sites, cabins, and slips.

Property network infrastructure

Built for properties beyond easy coverage

Internet where your guests love to stay

RV campground with multiple motorhomes and individual utility pedestals

RV Parks & Campgrounds

Provide internet at individual RV sites through fixed equipment installed at site pedestals. Your guests use familiar Wi-Fi on their own devices.

Woodland cabin resort with individual guest cabins

Cabin Resorts

Extend internet to dispersed cabins using permanently installed outdoor receivers, with Wi-Fi available inside each cabin.

Marina with boats moored at individual dock slips

Marinas

Deliver internet at individual slips using fixed dock- or pedestal-mounted equipment. No equipment needs to travel with the boat.

Why property owners choose wireless

More coverage. Less construction.

Lower installation costs

Reduce expensive underground cable runs and construction work where the property layout supports wireless distribution.

Faster deployment

Skip many of the steps required to trench, conduit, and restore long cable paths.

Less property disruption

Protect roads, landscaping, campsites, cabins, and docks while adding connectivity.

Professional management

IRYS designs, installs, provisions, monitors, and supports the network and its fixed subscriber equipment.

Costs, installation timelines, service availability, and speeds depend on site conditions, backhaul capacity, equipment placement, and an engineering assessment.

One shared connection, many connected locations

Simple for the property. Simple for the guest.

We assess your property

We review the property layout, internet backhaul options, power, coverage, and potential subscriber demand.

We install the network

A central connection feeds our private wireless network. Fixed subscriber equipment is installed at participating RV pedestals, cabins, or slips.

Customers get connected

Eligible guests or residents subscribe to service and connect their devices through the local Wi-Fi connection. IRYS manages the network behind the scenes.

A shared-cost approach

A practical model for property owners

Property owners fund the common network infrastructure and pay a predictable monthly management fee. Individual RV sites, cabins, or marina slips can have separate internet subscriptions—so the property doesn't have to administer every customer connection.

IRYS provides and manages fixed customer equipment at each participating location. We tailor the deployment and subscription structure to the property and expected demand.

Availability and subscription terms are determined during property assessment. A suitable internet backhaul and feasible radio coverage are required.
